Official files we reviewed again from the local workspace
In addition to the source table, we re-reviewed local copies of the raw files already pulled into this workspace. That matters because some of the most useful explanations sit in release decks, FAQ pages, or introductory notes rather than in machine-readable tables alone.

What we extracted from official files beyond raw tables
From the BPS KBLI release, we added back the explanation that KBLI supports statistics, economic analysis, policy work, and business licensing. From the DJBC BTKI FAQ page, we reused the official explanatory layer on the distinction between HS, AHTN, and BTKI, plus the note that BTKI 2022 is the reference point for classification and tariff treatment in Indonesian import-export activity.
Important note on files that are not treated as final evidence
Not every file ever pulled into the workspace is automatically elevated into a page-level claim. Access-denied pages, third-party search JavaScript, or fallback articles that are not authoritative enough remain internal review material only. We keep that boundary explicit so the published site does not project more certainty than the underlying evidence actually supports.
